This page lists only what is true of SwyftHer today.

- No third-party analytics.

What we do not do
- We do not show ads.
- We do not run outside tracking or analytics services on this website. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact a font service.
- We do not diagnose. Patterns in SwyftHer are counts from your own logs.
What you control
- You can download every record you have entered as one file, at any time, from the privacy centre in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time. Deletion permanently removes your account and every record you entered.
- You can sign out of every device at once.
- A summary is shared only if you create a share link. Links expire, and you can revoke one at any time.
How our team works with your data
- The SwyftHer admin console shows account details only, such as your email, plan and account status. It does not show logs, symptoms, pain entries, medications, questions, appointments, summaries or care plans.
- Every change made in the admin console, every data export and every account deletion is written to an audit log, without health data.
- We publish a count of legal requests for member data, and their outcomes, in our transparency report.
If a note mentions a crisis
- When a saved note matches a crisis phrase, SwyftHer shows crisis resources on your screen. The check is a plain text match on our server.
- SwyftHer is not monitored and does not contact anyone for you. No one is notified.
How you sign in on the web
- Your web session is kept in an httpOnly cookie, which scripts on the page cannot read.
- Changing your password or signing out everywhere ends your other sessions.
