Terms of Service

The agreement for using SwyftHer, in plain language.

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and SwyftHer (“we”, “us”) for using the SwyftHer website, web app and mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

We wrote these terms in plain language. If something is unclear, use the contact form.

Who can use SwyftHer

  • SwyftHer is for adults 18 and over in Canada. You confirm you are 18 or older when you create an account.
  • Each account is for one person and their own records. Use an email address you can receive mail at.
  • Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password in Settings or use “Sign out everywhere” in the privacy centre, and tell us.

What SwyftHer is, and what it is not

SwyftHer provides educational tracking tools. You log cycle, pain, symptoms, mood, sleep and medication. SwyftHer counts patterns in your own logs, creates a one-page summary you can bring to a clinician, and helps you record and follow up on a care plan.

  • SwyftHer is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not diagnose. Patterns are counts from what you logged.
  • Cycle estimates are labelled “estimate”. Do not rely on them to prevent or plan a pregnancy.
  • Talk with a clinician before you start, stop or change any medication or treatment.
  • SwyftHer is not an emergency service and is not monitored. If a note you save mentions a crisis, the app shows crisis resources on your screen. It does not contact anyone for you. In an emergency, call 9-1-1. If you are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8. See crisis resources.

Your records

  • The records you enter belong to you. We store and process them only to run SwyftHer for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • You are responsible for what you enter. Counts and summaries are only as complete as your logs.
  • You can download every record in your account as one file at any time from the privacy centre.
  • If you create a share link for a summary, anyone who has the link can see that summary until the link expires or you revoke it. Share a link only with people you choose.

Free and Premium

The free plan includes daily logging, pattern counts, visits, questions, care plans, export and account deletion, and a monthly allowance of clinician summaries.

Premium is an optional paid plan. It adds unlimited summaries, share links that expire and can be revoked, and the before and after view for a care plan. Current prices are shown on the home page in Canadian dollars.

  • Payment is handled by Stripe on a secure page. SwyftHer never sees your full card number. A Premium subscription is billed monthly or yearly and renews until you cancel it.
  • You can change your plan, update your card or cancel from the billing page linked in Settings.
  • Our team can also turn Premium on for an account.
  • If you have a question about a charge, use the contact form.

Optional features

Ask my health. When it is available, this Premium feature gives short answers about your own logs. It stays off until you agree to its consent text. Your question and a summary of your logs are sent to Anthropic, an AI provider, to write the answer. SwyftHer does not store your questions or the answers. Answers describe your own logs and are not medical advice. There is a daily limit on requests. You can turn the feature off at any time in Settings.

Apple Health import. Premium members can upload an Apple Health export. SwyftHer reads it once, adds the supported records to your logs and does not keep the file. An import never overwrites what you entered yourself.

Email reminders. Reminders are off until you turn them on. They say only that something is due and never include health details.

Using SwyftHer fairly

Please do not:

  • use SwyftHer to break the law or to harm anyone;
  • try to get into another person’s account or records;
  • interfere with SwyftHer, its security or other people’s use of it, including by sending automated traffic;
  • copy or resell SwyftHer or present it as your own product.

Articles on SwyftHer are general information, reviewed by a clinician before they are published. They are not advice about your own situation.

Ending your account

  • You can delete your account at any time from the privacy centre. Deletion permanently removes your account and every record in it, and it cannot be undone. Download your data first if you want a copy.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. A suspended account cannot sign in. If you think a suspension is a mistake, use the contact form.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep SwyftHer available and your records safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors. Features may change over time. We suggest you download a copy of your data from time to time.

To the extent the law allows, SwyftHer is not responsible for health decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

Contact
