- We provided less than was asked for.
- Complied
- We provided what the request required.
- Pending
- The request is still being reviewed.
How we handle requests
We require valid legal process, narrow each request to what the law requires and tell the member first unless the law prohibits it. We never hand over member data on an informal request.
